Participation is open to all schools, colleges, youth clubs and youth and community groups. A CYP Development Officer is employed in each of the Education and Library Board areas, working closely with local programming boards to increase participation and build community arts partnerships.

Artists' Online Forum
The Artists' Forum is delighted that we finally have an online discussion board to share our ideas and news with each other. Registered CYP artists and CYP staff members will be able to post messages and respond to each other's messages. Other people will be able to view the notice board. There are a range of topics that you can chat about including a particular board for each art form, training, events and a board for general topics.
